The Church of Korihor
Growing a spiritual community for godless people.
Compassionate meditation inspired by the experience of astronauts looking down on Earth from orbit.

Who is Korihor?
Korihor is a legendary martyr from The Book of Mormon.
To silence Korihor for teaching critical thinking about God, he was cursed with mutism by a wicked Christian sorcerer.

Stripped of his livelihood, Korihor was forced to go "house to house begging for his food". A victim of Christian greed, he was found trampled to death.
We honor Korihor's courage to stand for reason and care in a world where no gods exist, but where we do.

Creed of The Church of Korihor:
We transform painful lives into lives worth living.
By the Light of Reason, we are all Korihor.

Anyone can doubt.

We Korihors aren't interested in an "easy" way.

It took courage to start a Church for godless people but every day, we are growing!

Your journey with us starts with a promise.

It is called The Oath of Reason. A solemn vow to spend our short time in this life lifting ourselves, lifting each other, and lifting the world.
The first life that you will change as a Korihor is yours. I invite you to hear a 7-minute Godless Sermon.

Please hold me to my promise to you: I'll light your path if you'll walk with me.
